Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager in Europe located in Gävle, Sweden. The Site Manager will be responsible for site management of the steelwork package, overseeing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with the project team.
Main responsibilities will include:

• Oversee quality control and health and safety on site.
• Liaise with client, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure that program targets are met/exceeded where possible
• Come up with solutions to problems, where necessary.
• Maintain site records and site files.
• Forecasting and programming of works
• Responsible for safety management on site

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a steel company in Ireland, UK or Europe.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Appointed person qualification
• Strong attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
• EU passport
