As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead our team.
This role may provide the opportunity to oversee operations in multiple locations, so a drivers license is required.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of daily store operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pizza enthusiasts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• 3 years previous experience in hospitality in the Dublin area.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
