Job Summary: Johnson and Perrott Motor Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Mahonpoint Parts Team. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and you will work as part of the aftersales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
What do I learn as a Trainee Parts Advisor: During your training you will learn:
Best practice for optimal service experience including attitude, customer meet & greet.

• Goods Inwards & Purchase Ordering & Order scheduling.
• Assist with Stock Level management & Routine Checks.
• Best practice for maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintaining customer data on our CRM system.
• Administration requirements for dealer standards.
• Work with various online systems
• Part Sourcing and pricing.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Strong Team Player: You must be highly organized, flexible, and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges.
• IT Proficiency: Exhibit good IT skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills.
