Are you passionate about trucks or have a background in haulage? Do you have a keen interest in sales and marketing? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Truck Sales Apprentice at Setanta. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the truck sales industry and is eager to learn from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our truck models, features, and benefits.
- Assist the sales and marketing team with various tasks to support sales efforts.
- Coordinate truck movements and logistics, ensuring vehicles are prepared for sale.
- Arrange sales preparation activities, including valeting and workshop preparation.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of trucks for marketing purposes.
- Participate in trade shows, truck events, and promotional activities.
- Learn and apply sales techniques through training provided by Renault Trucks Sales Academy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing information, and assisting in closing sales under the guidance of senior sales staff.
- Interest in trucks and/or background in haulage is preferred.
- Truck license is advantageous, but not required (we provide lessons and support for license acquisition).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in sales and marketing.
- Comprehensive training from Renault Trucks Sales Academy.
