As we continue to enhance our service, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our team.
Role Overview: As Waiting Staff at Tannery Restaurant, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking and serving orders, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the restaurant. You will work closely with our management and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Please note, this position cannot consider overseas applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage guest seating, reservations, and waitlists efficiently.
Take accurate orders and provide prompt service of food and beverages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area at all times.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Stay informed about the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to provide recommendations to guests.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service.
Support the management in day-to-day operations as needed.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is a plus but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop is key.
