Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of order fulfilment.
• Monitor product quality and condition, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with management to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Analyse warehouse performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a 3PL or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
