We are looking for a Automation Team Lead for an exciting and challenging position!
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Netanya.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in QA automation, with demonstrable proficiency in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with developing both frontend and backend testing (UI, API, Integration, component)Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Java Script.
- Experience with industry-standard automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Test NG).
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead a team of QA automation engineers effectively.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Advantage
- Certification in QA or testing-related disciplines (e.g., ISTQB) - Advantage
