As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, Hired Score’s artificial intelligence, automation and deep integrations empower the largest and most innovative companies in the world to safely and transparently drive critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dev Ops Engineer to join our Dev Ops team at Workday in Israel!
In this role, You will take an active part in building Hired Score's next-generation Saa S platform, all within an open, collaborative peer environment. you will be challenged with everything from infrastructure tooling, automation, build and deployment pipelines, monitoring and logging, cloud architecture, and containerization.
You will work in a high-velocity startup environment where products and ecosystems are still being defined and developed. This gives you the chance to influence some of the core tools used by the project and be part of every stage of development, from concept to deployment, and SRE.
About the Role

Join the team working to enhance the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the company's services.

Develop CI/CD pipelines, implement Dev Ops methodologies, and create user-friendly development environments.
-
Provide 24/7 on-call support for major incidents.
-
Lead and design compute infrastructure for distributed microservices architecture and AI applications in the cloud.
-
Manage and optimize our expanding AWS footprint.
-
Build solutions to enable our R&D teams, engineers, and data scientists to work efficiently at scale without infrastructure issues. Enhance code quality, testing cycles, and performance.

Address performance bottlenecks and continuously improve the security and resilience of our platform.
About You
-
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Dev Ops/Platform/Dev Ex Engineer.
-
Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
-
Proficient with Kubernetes.
-
Strong people skills: Ability to work in a team, communicate, and collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
-
Cloud Architecture: From foundational elements to day-2 operations.
-
Advanced cloud networking skills.
-
A security-first approach.
-
Coding skills as well as bash and scripting fundamentals.
-
Proven experience with cloud-native methodologies and tools.
-
Infrastructure as Code (IAC): Terraform, Terragrunt or Crossplane
-
Experience in building systems with a focus on observability: Including logging, monitoring, tracking, and alerting.

In-depth knowledge of build/release systems, CI/CD systems: Argo CD, Argo Workflows, Circle CI or Jenkins.

Ability and enthusiasm to quickly learn new and existing technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills.
Other Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related degree.
