Bluewhite has 150 employees in TLV, Israel, and Fresno, USA. Many of our team members, including founders, worked in the Israeli military developing and working with autonomous vehicles – they have brought that knowledge to the global agriculture industry to revolutionize how we farm. We are a global company located in TLV, Israel, and California, USA, driving the growth of resilient farms through pioneering technology and a friendly user experience. We are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer Team Leader to join the R&D, in our office TLV.
Responsibilities - what you will be doing:
- Lead and mentor Electronics and Embedded teams
- Designing our next leap in autonomous systems
- Lead the design and layout of PCBs for autonomous systems
- Ensure PCB designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
- Guide the design and implementation of embedded systems for control and communication in robotic devices
- Ensure optimization and troubleshooting of embedded systems for optimal performance and reliability
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering from a top university -Must
- Team lead proven experience -Must
- Circuit diagnostic and failure analysis – Must
- Strong background in designing electronic circuits, embedded systems, and PCBs
- Proficiency in using CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout – Altium/Or CAD
- Proven experience in leading electronics, embedded teams, and managing projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in English and Hebrew- speak, write, reading
- Programing knowledge in languages such as C, C++, and Python
- Experience in automotive electrical systems, sensors, and protocols
