We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and create marketing automation and integrations, develop data dashboards, and provide actionable insights to drive strategies.
Work location - hybrid from Israel

We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and create marketing automation and integrations, develop data dashboards, and provide actionable insights to drive strategies.
Work location - hybrid from Israel
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment
- Working experience from a B2B tech company
- Experience in using Hub Spot marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights
- Experience building integrations between marketing systems and data integration methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Word Press and API - an advantage
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or Upwork - an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing automation platforms like Hub Spot to drive campaigns, capture leads, and optimize customer interactions.
- Develop and integrate marketing tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance capabilities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for the marketing team.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain data hygiene and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and operations with business objectives and ensure smooth integration of marketing technology solutions.
