המשרה ממוקמת במשרדים של רוזמן הנדסה ברמת החייל- תל אביב.

המשרה ממוקמת במשרדים של רוזמן הנדסה ברמת החייל- תל אביב.
תיאור התפקיד:
- מתן תמיכה טכנית ושירות ללקוחות במוצרי החברה.
- מתן פתרון לבעיות טכניות באמצעות שיחות טלפוניות והשתלטות מרחוק.
- הדרכת לקוחות על פעולות ותהליכים עד לפתרון הבעיה.
- משרה מלאה בימים -א'-ה' בשעות 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, 08:30-17:30
- ימי שישי לסירוגין (אחת לשלושה שבועות)
Requirements:
דרישות התפקיד:
- ניסיון קודם בעבודה בתפקיד תומכ/ת טכני/ת -יתרון.
- יכולת טכנית גבוהה ויכולת עבודה תחת לחץ.
- זמינות לעבודה בכל שעות הפעילות המצוינות מעלה.
