The opportunity
For our strategic site in Kfar Saba we are looking for a team leader to join our production leadership team. We are a leading manufacturing site for Teva sterile Bio similar products and a world expert in sterile products manufacturing.
How you’ll spend your day
- Managing Teva Israel sterile production commercial lines
- Leading the operation team throughout the shift, while meeting production targets
- Leading projects and operating a wide range of tasks in front of many interfaces in the company (production departments, quality assurance, engineering, R&D)
- Responsibility for providing technical and professional solutions
- Conducting investigations, controlling processes and writing reports
- People management and development
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/ Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry/ Industrial Engineering and Management / Life Sciences / other
- At least two years of experience in managing employees - also available from the military / volunteer framework
- Experience in leading processes and project management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels in Teva
- High level of English
- Knowledge of computers and control of OFFICE applications
- Technical background - a significant advantage
- work three shifts and overtime
