Requirements:

• Leadership Prowess: Proven experience as a R&D Director, with over 7 years of managing individuals, teams, and projects.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a proactive "I can move a mountain" approach.
• Technical Expertise: Over 10 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack developer, including proficiency in Node.js, Java Script, CSS, and React.
• Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of web application development lifecycle and best practices.
• Framework Creator: Experience in creating frameworks and APIs is an advantage.
