We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic software company. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional R&D teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, scrum methodology, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software projects, preferred in Saa S and cloud environments and fostering collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management
- Foster collaboration and communication among project team members to drive project success
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, support and product to achieve project milestones
- Provide guidance and mentorship to R&D managers and team members
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologie
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software company, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing software projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with Saa S solutions, cloud technologies and big-data pipelines - advantage
- Experience working with JIRA framework - Must
