As part of our Administrative Support Staff you will represent the administrative point of reference as regards administrative aspect for the purchase of goods and services.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
  • Administrative management process for the acquisition of services: drafting of contracts, management of accounting and archiving aspects (retention)
  • Monitoring of accounting resources in line with the operational plan
  • Management of the attendance of the head office functions
  • Maintenance and updating of files / trackers related to the monitoring of commitments with Third Parties and Contributions and Donations
  • Administrative management of field force access to public institutions
