As an Asset Data Analyst, you’re pivotal in streamlining pallet recovery operations. Armed with the power of data, you fine-tune processes, craft insightful reports for stakeholders, and work hand-in-hand with teams to amplify their efforts. Your primary focus will be maintaining top-notch data integrity crucial for smooth pallet recovery. This entails thorough upkeep of drop point categorization, ensuring coherence across chains, and adhering to Business Contract Management directives when activating Drop Point codes. Additionally, you’ll oversee the acceptance or rejection of new drop points, manage distribution flows, and accurately record relaunches to chains when needed.
Your role extends beyond data management; you’re a beacon of information for stakeholders. By dissecting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pallet recovery, you’ll generate comprehensive reports for management, retailers, and field service engineers (FSEs). These reports provide a clear snapshot of pallet recovery statuses across various drop points, empowering decision-makers with actionable insights.
Ready to uncover hidden insights in KPI reports that drive performance improvements?
Facilitating seamless communication and operations is another vital aspect of your role. You’ll liaise between internal and external contacts, equipping Field Service Executives with crucial information for drop point visits, preparing reports for retailers, and coordinating surveys for high-risk drop points. Furthermore, you’ll assist sales teams in assessing new customer distribution profiles and collaborate closely with FSEs to address potential issues of pallet misuse or illicit activities.
In essence, you’re not just analyzing data; you’re orchestrating efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within our pallet recovery ecosystem.

Skills & Requirements
YouYou exhibit remarkable accuracy, consistently delivering work of excellent quality and precision in adherence to standards, procedures, and expectations. You excel in planning and organizing, effectively setting goals and allocating resources to achieve objectives efficiently. Your strong analytical ability allows you to dissect problems and articulate their components clearly, while your excellent communication skills ensure seamless information exchange and decision-making.
Further:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a comparable role.
- You have a minimum of a high school diploma.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (B2 level).
- You are proficient with Microsoft 365.
