Borsa Italiana - Equity Admission Listing Internship

Euronext also leverages its expertise in running markets by providing technology and managed services to third parties. In addition to its main regulated market, it also operates a number of junior markets, simplifying access to listing for SMEs.

The Team is in charge of the listing process on Borsa Italiana stock markets: Euronext Milan and Euronext Growth Milan.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support the team in the listing process:

financial analysis of the issuer;
documentation check;
relationship with issuers and intermediaries.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has:

Master’s Degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries;
Good knowledge and interest in corporate finance and accounting;
Good analytical skills;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
