Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our Brand Engagement Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Supervisor Fairs & Events. The position will be based in Roma.
In your role, you will support the Fairs & Events team in the organization of a set of hospitality events (motorsport – football – tennis- concerts) to engage, retain and pamper business stakeholders, trade partners and consumers.
Furthermore, you will help in the execution of brand engagement & commercial activities inside 3rd parties’ Events and Fairs, finding the best way to engage our consumers with a multicategory approach. Finally, you will help in the execution & planning of the communication plan, useful to amplify the engagement.


Specific Responsibilities:

• Support the team in ensuring smooth management of hospitality platform, engaging internal multi-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support the team in internal presentations.
• Support the team in strategic negotiation and events’ planning and execution.
• Align internal and external stakeholder (brand & content, social media, Loyalty, trade etc) for a perfect execution of the activation plan

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics or related fields
• Literacy in Office Suite
• Fluent in English and in Italian
• Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
• Good communication skills
• Customer and problem-solving orientation
• Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurship, and attention to detail

What’s nice to have
Previous work experience is considered a plus.
