Chemical Lab Lead
Il First Line Leader di laboratorio chimico garantisce nell'ambito di procedure, metodi predefiniti e deleghe ricevute l’esecuzione delle analisi chimico/fisiche di release e stabilità di semilavorati e prodotti finiti secondo la pianificazione assegnata, concentrandosi per almeno il 70% del suo tempo nell’area di laboratorio, sviluppando le competenze del proprio team e assicurando un standard elevato di sicurezza, qualità e servizio. Con il supporto del responsabile gerarchico gestisce le problematiche del team e si attiva per il miglioramento continuo dei processi in linea con i target di area e del site.

In questo ruolo tu…

• Assicurerai che le analisi vengano svolte in modo accurato e puntuale, in allineamento alle specifiche e metodi di analisi richiesti, che la strumentazione di laboratorio venga utilizzata in accordo alle relative procedure di utilizzo e che vengano applicate le GMP/GLP nell’ambito dei processi di tua competenza.
• Gestirai le persone del team, guidandole al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi, assicurando l'aderenza agli standard di sicurezza, qualità e conformità e sviluppando le capacità dei singoli e del gruppo con la finalità di raggiungere i target e sviluppare il miglioramento continuo.
• Coinvolgerai e motiverai il team condividendo con loro gli obiettivi aziendali e di area, aiutandoli a comprendere il valore aggiunto del lavoro di cui sono responsabili, tenendo sempre in considerazione il paziente finale.
• Definirai i bisogni formativi e implementerai i piani di sviluppo. Farai coaching e creerai opportunità per migliorare le competenze e le prestazioni del team. Effettuerai gemba al fine di individuare rischi e miglioramenti.
• Rappresenterai un modello di riferimento mettendo in pratica i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le politiche aziendali in tema EHS e le aspettative GSK relative ai comportamenti.
• Svolgerai il ruolo di preposto per la sicurezza.
• Gestirai le indagini relative alle deviazioni di area condividendo nelle sedi opportune le azioni da intraprendere.
• Identificherai e risolverai i problemi applicando il processo di problem solving, coinvolgendo le persone dell’area e le funzioni aziendali di riferimento.
• Sarai presente durante il turno, supervisionando le fasi critiche del processo analitico e la risoluzione dei problemi.
• Parteciperai ai meeting di area, monitorando i dati utili e le azioni che possono scaturire, e agli audit L1, L2, L3 e L4 sia qualitativi che EHS.

• Esperienza in ruolo analogo
• Laurea in materie scientifiche
• Disponibilità al lavoro su turni (7/15 – 14/22)
• Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici e conoscenza della lingua Inglese
• Conoscenze tecniche specifiche di laboratorio di analisi chimico/fisiche e consapevolezza dei rischi EHS e di compliance associati all’area
