Purpose:

E' responsabile:

• della diffusione d’informazioni senza intento promozionale sulle attività aziendali svolte a livello nazionale ed internazionale presso il pubblico generale, la comunità medico-scientifica, i pazienti e le istituzioni attraverso l’ideazione e realizzazione di piani di comunicazione esterna, in coerenza e coordinamento con le attività specifiche delle funzioni medica, marketing, relazioni istituzionali e di comunicazione interna e sulla base delle indicazioni fornite dal vertice aziendale, locale e corporate.
  
• della tutela comunicazionale degli interessi aziendali rispetto a tutti gli stakeholder e pubblici esterni di riferimento.
  
• del coordinamento con le funzioni corporate per le aree di competenza o delega del proprio responsabile gerarchico.
  
• è chiamato a collaborare alle attività di comunicazione interna ed engagement svolte dalla funzione cui può contribuire nell’ambito del proprio lavoro e, analogamente a quelle di relazioni istituzionali come, ad esempio, nel caso di eventi aziendali interni ed esterni.
  

Key Accountabilities

• È responsabile di salvaguardare la reputazione aziendale attraverso comportamenti improntati al rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei valori codici e regolamenti aziendali (Codice Etico, procedure, etc).
  

Comunicazione Esterna

• E’ responsabile de Il’ideazione, realizzazione dei piani di comunicazione istituzionale e di prodotto, dell’attività di ufficio stampa, e della gestione e aggiornamento del sito internet istituzionale gsk.it
  
• E’ responsabile della comunicazione di prodotto (medical marketing communication esclusa) e della realizzazione materiali comunicazionali utili per il Branding di GSK in stretto coordinamento con tutte le strutture aziendali interessate.
  
• E’ responsabile della ideazione e produzione stampati ed altro materiale di comunicazione istituzionale (brochure istituzionali, Rapporto di sostenibilità), nonchè dell’advertising, ideazione concept e campagne.
  

Comunicazione Interna

• Coerentemente con la strategia comunicativa aziendale, collabora per la raccolta e sintesi di tutti i contributi interni (progetti, iniziative, storia, etc) utili a rappresentare il posizionamento aziendale e favorisce l’engagement verso gli obiettivi comuni di tutti i dipendenti.
  
• Supporta la gestione dei media interni (tradizionali e online) e costante edizione dei contenuti (fatti, notizie, comunicati organizzativi, etc.) e fornisce un supporto consulenziale alle funzioni aziendali per progetti specifici.
  

Relazioni istituzionali

• Coerentemente con la strategia comunicativa aziendale collabora nello svolgimento delle attività di relazioni istituzionali per le aree aziendali presidiate
  

Why You?
Essential qualification:

• Esperienza rilevante in comunicazione all’interno di aziende pubbliche o private o di agenzie di relazioni pubbliche di ogni settore merceologico.
  
• Inglese fluente parlato e scritto.
  

Preferred qualification:

• Esperienza in settori diversi della comunicazione come ufficio stampa, giornalismo, advertising, new media, autoraggio, ideazione e gestione eventi; esperienza di relazioni istituzionali.
