The Condé Nast Commercial Creative team works closely with Commercial and Editorial areas to develop ad-hoc creative plannings that lead clients to achieve their communication goals. The CNCC team includes experts in creative strategy, brand and creative marketing, design, video, digital and print production, and project management.

The Role

Condé Nast Italy is looking for a curious and open-minded person, with an expertise or passion for the dynamics of the digital and print media world, to join our Commercial Creative Team as a Creative Producer Trainee. The person will support the Creative Producers in the development of video and photo productions.

Primary Activities

Supporting the entire cycle of the photo and video production process (pre-sale, production and post production), both in the back office and on set
Interaction with stakeholders within the CNCC and with external teams (especially administration office and external suppliers)
Supporting the creation of documents related to each production (pre-sale pitch, deep dive, call sheet,...)
Monitoring costs and updating the production budget file
Monitoring the supplier onboarding process
Monitoring the progress of ongoing productions

Primary Skills & Qualifications

Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken
Good knowledge of Condé Nast brands and their tone of voice, especially as it relates to the digital environment
Previous experience or passion for photo and video productions will be considered as a strong plus
Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Creative mindset and attention to detail
