Full Stack Developer:
TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative web-based applications. Your mission will be to improve user interfaces using modern frontend technologies while collaborating with backend teams to ensure seamless API and service integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, improve, and maintain user interfaces using React and other modern frontend technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web applications.
Optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Integrate frontend components with backend services, particularly using Java Spring Boot.
Develop reusable code and components following best practices.
Work closely with backend developers to define APIs and ensure the full end-to-end functionality of the application.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and bug fixing to maintain code quality.
Contribute to Agile development by participating in sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:
Experience with full stack projects (Frontend and Backend).
Experience in developing private web portals (CMS, CRM).
Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API).
Experience with Type Script for scalable and maintainable code.
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Experience with Web Socket and frontend development tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments, with familiarity in tools like Jira.
Understanding of Micro Frontend and Micro Service architectures.
Knowledge of Docker and cloud environments (AWS).
Experience with Java Spring Boot (considered a plus).
Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing with Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (in English and Italian).

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
A proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
At least 3 years of experience in the field
