Your role

Are you able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with energy and enthusiasm? Are you willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment in a major global Bank? Are you ready to support the senior management in driving strategic priorities?

We’re looking for an intern to join our Strategy and Acquisition team, and:

support client development initiatives that will drive the business forward
manage a portfolio of tasks ranging from quick actions (e.g., retrieve financial info of a client, etc.) to long-term strategic initiatives over several months (e.g., forecasts)
work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units
help managing priorities and strategic goals of the Bank in prospecting activities

Your team

You’ll be working in the Strategy and Acquisition team based in Milan, with a central role in the activation/conversion of prospects and in the implementation of the One-Bank approach.

Your expertise

quick learner when it comes to new skills, be it a new IT tools, or new processes. Excel proficiency is a must have
excellent organizational skills and ready to juggle many tasks and data simultaneously
excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
always striving to challenge the status quo: remove barriers and increase work efficiency
