A few examples of your responsibilities

- Craft engaging social media content and own it at every step—from ideation, to stakeholder management, to scheduling, to performance analysis.
- Scout opportunities for high-impact outreach activities, and manage collaborations with creators, press, and PR firms.
- Wordsmith a variety of communications—including legal documents, press releases, commercial campaigns, and UX/UI messaging.
- Drive the communications side of company-wide events and important initiatives.
- Support our Spooners in an array of written formats, coaching them to continuously adopt best practices.
- Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.
