Junior Payroll & Administration Specialist:
TXT Group is looking for a JUNIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join the HR department in the payroll and personnel administration area.

Main responsibilities:
Maintenance of employee personal data databases;
Mandatory communications for hiring, termination, and transformation of employment
contracts;
Control and closure of employee timesheets;
Entry and control of variable data for payroll processing;

Support/information to all colleagues regarding the management of employment relationships;
Proper compliance with all legal and contractual obligations related to payroll, contributions, social security, and taxes;
Management of sickness, accidents, and maternity leaves.

Technical skills required:
Knowledge of SAP;
Knowledge of collective labor agreements (CCNL metalmeccanico e commercio);
Knowledge of payslip and/or timesheet reading;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
Good command of English and perfect knowledge of Italian, both spoken and written.

Education: High school diploma in accounting or a degree in Law, related disciplines, or a Master's in HR.

Personal characteristics completing the profile include precision, confidentiality, and flexibility. Excellent organizational skills, meeting deadlines, and good interpersonal and teamwork abilities are required.
