YOUR TEAM

• Preparation, monitoring, integration and verification of the documentation to be submitted to the competent Authorities (Study Protocols to the Ethics Committees);

• Support in the management of requests from the IIT Research Lines involved in the aforementioned Studies, both for ethics and personal data protection issues.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Law or equivalent

• Good knowledge of the regulations on ethics and personal data protection: Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and ISO 14155:2020; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and subsequent amendments and additions

• Predisposition to interdisciplinary, with particular reference to the intersection between regulatory affairs and personal data protection

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
