We are looking for eager to learn and detail-oriented Product Managers to join our dynamic teams. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the next big phase of Prima's growth. After becoming the online motor insurance leader in Italy, Prima is now expanding globally, with successful launches in the UK and Spain. We are in an exciting phase of further diversifying and expanding our product offerings and we need new Product Managers to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
As a member of an international Product team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with one of the following Domains:

Claims: Develop a new claims management tool for global expansion and improve the existing platform. - Policy Management: Focus on the post-sales lifecycle of our insurance policies and support the shift from a local single-insurance platform to a global multi-insurance platform.
- Conversion: Focus on sales and retention for motor and non-motor insurance in Italy.
- Data Platform: Enable teams to take ownership of their data and effortlessly share it across the company.
- Customer Profile: Collaborate on the creation of a new domain, working with your Product Leader on product vision and strategy.
The most appropriate domain will be determined during the recruitment process based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and interest.
You will be responsible for:
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager of software products, working in a cross-functional team. Don’t be afraid to apply if you have many more years of experience as we are looking for people at different seniority levels
- Lean approach to solving complex business problems
- Great verbal, and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technically and strategically complex concepts to all audiences at all levels
- A pragmatic approach, the ability to thrive under the pressure of changing and moving targets, while working independently in ambiguous situations
- Intrapreneurial and performance-orientated
- A good understanding/awareness of data modeling and data implications when defining products and a technical background with experience understanding technical concepts
Nice to have
- Fluency in either Italian or Spanish
- Knowledge of the insurance sector or other regulated industries
- Basic knowledge about SQL for data manipulation
