To expand our workforce we are looking for a Sales Back Office Account (mid-level) to join our team.
- the position requires experience of at least 5 years in customare service or sales department, preferably in automotive or aftermarket companies.
- daily use of Microsoft Office (excel, access and power point)
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- experience with international customers/holdings
- fluent English is a must
- knowledge of German or Polish is a plus
- excellent relational and organization skills
- problem solving
The main focus is to promote the business development of our products in the areas in which company operates but also in the new zones and consist of:
- daily dealings with existing customers,
- processing of the required documentation (offers, orders, documents relating to customs and shipping procedures)
- updating of company database with all figures relating to sales, offers and orders,
- support to the sales management in business activities,
- participation in fairs and events, customer visits.
- after sales activities.
- the job in a solid company and with almost 50 years of experience in the market,
- fixed-term contract initially but good growth opportunities within the company
- Work time: 8.30-12.30/ 13.30-17.30,
- No smart working
