Posizione:

We are looking for a full remote Team Leader Developer with experience who wants to take part in innovative projects with wide impact in one of the most relevant digital reality in Italy. The person we are looking for is a technology supervisor and mentor, as well as an application developer, working with various cross-functional teams in a young, dynamic and innovation-oriented environment.


Specifically, you will be in charge of:

• Contribute to the development of core platforms for the B2B insurance area of Facile.it
• Work in one of the cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to express your technical and organisational skills
• Collaborate in the creation of scalable and distributed architectures
• Be responsible for the development team, project delivery and will be in charge of implementing business and technology roadmaps with your team
• Be part of a leading, young and fast growing company, facing complex and always new challenges

Requisiti:

What we would like you to have experience in:

• Software development for at least 5 years in agile environments
• Software design in the web world
• DDD and distributed architectures
• Using statically typed languages
• Designing and building full-stack applications in Type Script/Java Script, including the latest ES6 features
• Developing web applications in React/Type Script
• Automatic test suites (unit, functional, integration, etc.)
• Relational databases
• No SQL databases

Your profile is completed by:

• Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab CI/CD and continuous integration/deployment practices
• Knowledge of the Nest JS framework
• Functional programming paradigm, we use fp-ts
• Type Drive Development
• Reactive programming (Rx JS)
