Posizione:

Mediobanca Group is launching the 3 edition of Wealth Management Talent Program for top quality young graduates from leading Italian and foreign Universities. Mediobanca offers one-year experience to pursue a career as Wealth Manager.

By participating you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a career development pathway which includes training and job rotation.

What do we offer?

Access to a highly specialized training program –AIPB Masters’ course or CFA exam – to help you gain all the technical skills you need to embark on this journey.
International job rotation in Private Banking, Retail Banking, Asset Management (Italy & Montecarlo) and Corporate Investment Banking. This unique experience will provide you with the opportunity to interact with professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds and to learn the value of Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
You will gain international working experience which will teach you to relate with different cultures and mindsets, making of you a versatile professional, attractive for the domestic and the international market.

Who is the ideal profile?

Talented Recent-graduates in Economic or STEM subjects, who are keen to embrace the world of Wealth Management and to develop a career in this fast-pace, challenging industry.
