You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise + skills to thedelivery of Operational Excellence.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial+ operational objectives. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:• To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customerservice + profit.• To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence by collaboratingat a site level.• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuousimprovement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds it’s productivity targets.• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.• To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + trainingare in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation + standards.
