Internship Work Details:
You will work on solving financial services issues by using Fintech technology and data science technology. Your main job is to develop financial service systems and trading algorithms and analyze data. In each field, you discover problems, consider solutions, analyze data and programs, and implement solutions. You do not need prior financial knowledge. You will be assisted by GFIT engineers.

Qualifications/Requirements
【Prerequisites】

• Currently enrolled in a university or graduate school (grade does not matter).
• Interested in technological development and data analysis in the financial field.
• Willing to work for 6 months or more.
• Have experience in programming. Preferably 2 or more years of programming experience, or 1 or more years of work experience (or something that is of equivalent value).

【Other Welcomed Skills】
Those who have experience with the following devices/technology.

• Experience in developing Java, php, R, python, and object-oriented language.
• Experience in researching or developing models using advanced mathematics such as stochastic processes
• Experience in analyzing large amounts of data and statistical analysis
• Experience in online service development, construction, and operation.
• Who can communicate in English (those who are not good at Japanese are also welcome )

勤務時間・曜日:
Job Conditions:

• 5 to 15 hours per week (negotiable).
• Regular weekly meetings as well as meetings when appropriate/needed (online is possible).
• Remote work is possible.
