Incoming Material Quality and Reliability Engineer

仕事内容:
１・Incoming materials quality and technology management.
２・Execute and implement the division’s mission of material quality excellence.
３・Collaborate with Operations/Fab on new supplier/material evaluation, material problem solving and new technology development.
４・Supplier quality management including quality system assessment, on-site audit, process change control, excursion prevention, variation reduction and related continuously improvement programs.
５・Key project: Facilitate the infrastructure of the incoming material quality assurance system. Coach domestic suppliers on TSMC quality requirements to match Process of Records.
アピールポイント:
【必須（MUST）】
１・Minimum Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related fields.
２・Prior experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, or expertise with chemical synthesis, filtration and purification.
３・Prior experience in supplier quality/technology management.
４．Demonstrated performance as a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities within a team environment and meet scheduled commitments.
５・Proactive worker, innovative thinker, exhibit good judgement
６・Resilient, positive, confident under pressure and possess good communication skills. Be able to work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
