【1】 ミッション
インバウンド・サポートのチームリーダーは、群馬部品センターにおける入荷業務をハンドリングするチームの改善、顧客満足向上とSPOLの戦略目標に沿った活動を、管理・サポートする責任を担っています。
【2】主な責務／責任
インバウンド・サポートのチームリーダーは、チームをリードする立場であり、チームメンバーによる様々な活動・業務を管理する責任を担っています。
チームの主な責務/責任は以下の通りです。

• 業務請負先（3PL）の受入・検収・商品化作業の計画作成に必要なデータの提供と、業務遂行の為、3PLとの連携を推進する。
• 製品の商品化仕様作成
• 包装資材管理（在庫管理・発注業務含む）
• 自動包装ライン管理
• 部品の外観検査及び品質管理
• 継続的改善活動の推進
• ISO9001/14001関連活動推進
• 入荷業務に関する社内、社外との密接なコミュニケーション

• 
  その他、必要なコンピテンシー

・優れた影響力を持つコミュニケーション能力・高い改善能力(要因分析・問題解決能力)・UDリーダーとしての能力(UDの価値観と原則に従って行動し、UDの要件及び法的要件を満たすため必要な行動を決定・実行する)
・UDバリューと行動規範に沿った優れた職場環境と雰囲気をさらに発展させながら、変革を推進み、厳しい目標を設定し、チームと個人のモチベーションを高めて、快適な職場環境を実現させることが出来る能力
・PCスキル(MS Office Word/Excel/Power Point必須、Access尚可)
