【1】 ミッション
インバウンド・サポートのチームリーダーは、群馬部品センターにおける入荷業務をハンドリングするチームの改善、顧客満足向上とSPOLの戦略目標に沿った活動を、管理・サポートする責任を担っています。
【2】主な責務/責任
インバウンド・サポートのチームリーダーは、チームをリードする立場であり、チームメンバーによる様々な活動・業務を管理する責任を担っています。
チームの主な責務/責任は以下の通りです。

・PCスキル(MS Office Word/Excel/Power Point必須、Access尚可)

インバウンド・サポートのチームリーダーは、チームをリードする立場であり、チームメンバーによる様々な活動・業務を管理する責任を担っています。
チームの主な責務/責任は以下の通りです。
- 業務請負先(3PL)の受入・検収・商品化作業の計画作成に必要なデータの提供と、業務遂行の為、3PLとの連携を推進する。
- 製品の商品化仕様作成
- 包装資材管理(在庫管理・発注業務含む)
- 自動包装ライン管理
- 部品の外観検査及び品質管理
- 継続的改善活動の推進
- ISO9001/14001関連活動推進
- 入荷業務に関する社内、社外との密接なコミュニケーション
【3】このポジションの重要なコンピテンシー
- 顧客重視志向
- チームワーク
- 業界を問わず、物流業務、特に倉庫オペレーションに関する知識・業務経験(5年以上)必須
