Job Summary

The Institutional Affairs Executive is responsible for supporting the Institutional Affairs team in managing relationships with governmental entities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing governmental processes within the supply chain. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of governmental procedures.

Responsibilities

Liaise with governmental agencies to resolve issues and disputes.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline governmental processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials.

Stay updated on governmental regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

Advise internal teams on governmental requirements and procedures.

Conduct compliance audits and assessments.

Prepare and analyze monthly reports on governmental processes and compliance.

Education

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Public Relations, Supply Chain, Communication, or a related field.
