JOB DESCRIPTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a male compassionate and patient-focused home health nurse to administer medication and provide regular updates on the patient’s progress. This role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring adherence to these plans, and closely monitoring the patient’s vital signs.
· Administering medication to patients.
· Generating reports to monitor patient progress.
· Measuring and recording vital signs.
· Observing and documenting changes in behavior and progress.
Assessing muscle strength, checking for bedsores, and monitoring for signs of infection.
Addressing the concerns of family members and providing answers to their questions.
Offering education to caregivers and family on the patient's aftercare or ongoing care needs.
- The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Active listening skills and empathy.
- Physical and mental strength.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transport may be required.
