Position Summary: The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all students and staff during swimming activities and events. This role requires vigilance, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month

- Monitor the swimming area to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
- Conduct safety drills and ensure emergency equipment is accessible.
- Assist with swim lessons and activities as needed.
- Communicate with students, staff, and parents regarding pool safety and procedures.
- Attend all required training sessions and staff meetings.
Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
