We are a franchise of an American cuisine restaurant, operating as a hybrid QSR and casual dining establishment with an open kitchen concept. Our focus is on delivering high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both QSR and casual dining environments, ensuring smooth daily operations, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that both QSR and casual dining sections run efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Responsible for hiring new staff, conducting training programs, and ensuring ongoing staff development.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all supplies are ordered and maintained efficiently to meet restaurant demands.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and food quality, maintaining our high standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Kuwait's labor laws and industry best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Behavior and Attitude: Maintain a professional demeanor, setting a positive example for the team with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proven experience in managing QSR and casual dining operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of inventory management and staff training procedures.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with open kitchen concepts is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD600.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
