We are a premium pastry and chocolate store located in Sharq, is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry and Chocolate Chef to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about creating exquisite pastries and chocolates, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create a wide variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and chocolates.
- Develop new recipes and ensure a consistent quality of products.
- Oversee daily operations in the kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events or seasonal offerings.
- Maintain inventory and manage orders for kitchen supplies.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Ensure timely production to meet customer orders and store demands.
- Proven experience as a Pastry and Chocolate Chef.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and chocolate-making processes.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in presentation and taste.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to work 10 hours per day.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Visa 18 Normal only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month
