Purpose and Scope of the Job
The Videographer/Photographer will be responsible for creating both video and photographic content to support the hospital’s marketing and communication strategies. This role requires expertise in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content for use across social media, digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and events. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, and ensure that all visual content aligns with the hospital’s brand identity and enhances customer engagement.

This role requires expertise in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content for use across social media, digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and events. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, and ensure that all visual content aligns with the hospital’s brand identity and enhances customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Videography and Photography
- Serve as the primary videographer and photographer for all marketing and communication needs, including promotional videos, event coverage, staff portraits, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle the entire process of video and photo production—from concept development, shooting, editing, and post-production to final delivery.

Content Creation
- Capture high-quality video and photo content for use across digital platforms, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts for visual content that reflect the hospital’s brand and resonate with the target audience.

Video and Photo Editing
- Edit and enhance video and photographic content, ensuring professional standards and attention to detail.
- Use advanced editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) to create polished and compelling visuals.

Collaborative Work
- Work closely with the departments teams to ensure all visual content aligns with the hospital’s messaging and brand identity.
- Assist in planning and executing visual content for advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital marketing strategies.

Equipment Setup and Maintenance
- Set up and manage all video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other necessary tools.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and follow safety standards.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in videography and photography to ensure fresh and innovative content.
- Experiment with new techniques and styles to continuously improve the quality and creativity of visual content.

Brand Consistency
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with the hospital’s brand voice, tone, and personality.
- Create a cohesive visual identity across all digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Event Support
- Capture photo and video content during hospital events, ensuring that important moments and branding opportunities are documented.
- Create content that promotes community awareness of the hospital’s initiatives and services.

Patient and Staff Engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that highlights patient stories, staff achievements, and hospital milestones.

Miscellaneous Duties
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the marketing director or other relevant authorities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in film, photography, media, or a related field (preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Computer Proficiency:
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Proficient in using Mac and Windows operating systems.
- 2-3 years of experience as a videographer/photographer or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of videography and photography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.
- Excellent video and photo editing skills with a creative eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about storytelling and creating visually engaging content.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and the evolving digital landscape.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
