Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the automotive sector and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the automotive industry, including dealerships, car rental agencies, and individual vehicle owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
• Promote our car wrapping services through various channels, including direct sales, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and initiatives to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Visa 18 (Normal and small project accepted).
• Availability to work 9-hour shifts and join immediately.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Valid Kuwait driver's license is a plus.
