We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait City. This role is integral to our B2B sales efforts, specifically targeting restaurants, cafes, and retailers. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and managing the end-to-end sales process, including order management. Your duties will also involve handling negotiations, delivering compelling sales presentations, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities within the food industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, cafes, and retailers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage client orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle negotiations with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Must have own car for transportation.
