Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our organic clothing lines and promotions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of organic products and sustainable fashion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Participate in product training sessions and stay informed about industry trends.
- Store Maintenance and Merchandising:
- Assist in arranging and restocking merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Support in inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
- Transaction Management:
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
- Process cash, credit, and exchange transactions following company policies.
- Ensure that all sales activities are compliant with company standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and support team initiatives.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in any retail sector, preferably in fashion or clothing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in fashion and a passion for organic and sustainable products.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
