About the Role:
Join our premium organic female clothing shop as a Saleslady and be a part of a vibrant team dedicated to offering exceptional customer service and quality products. As a Saleslady, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our store.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Sales and Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our organic clothing lines and promotions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of organic products and sustainable fashion.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Participate in product training sessions and stay informed about industry trends.
• Store Maintenance and Merchandising:
• Assist in arranging and restocking merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Support in inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
• Transaction Management:
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Process cash, credit, and exchange transactions following company policies.
• Ensure that all sales activities are compliant with company standards.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and support team initiatives.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any retail sector, preferably in fashion or clothing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proven sales skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion and a passion for organic and sustainable products.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
