Trade Marketing Account Manager (ODG)

Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and strategic Account Manager for our On-Demand Grocery (ODG) segment. This role will act as the main point of contact between the ODG team and local/central marketing teams, driving the growth and success of our grocery partners on the Deliveroo platform. The candidate must focus on operational excellence while being commercially driven to grow the business. You will report to Oussama Zeinab (On Demand Convenience Lead) and you will be based in our Kuwait office where we are operating on a hybrid model where you will come into the office at least 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Management: Build strong relationships with grocery partners, ensuring their success on the Deliveroo platform.

Market Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the ODG team and local/central marketing teams, coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and order volume for grocery partners.

Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operational processes for grocery partners, addressing any logistical challenges and optimising operations.

Performance Monitoring: Analyse partner performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new grocery partners, ensuring a seamless integration into the platform.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners promptly and effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the grocery or e-commerce industry.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Operational acumen with the ability to optimise processes and resolve logistical challenges.
