Administrative Assistant - LUXEMBOURG

Introduction
ISS LUXINTERIM has been mandated to recruit an Administrative Assistant.Your responsibilities
Administrative tasks :o Perform orders (business cards, stamps, stationery, paper, ….. )
o Review and control of invoices related to Facility Management
o Support to Facility Management topics (coordination of maintenance works, security, etc…)
o Management of people employment screening: new employees and periodical review
Contract Mgmt :
o Manage and review contracts
o Follow up on contracts
- Support Fleet management contracts
- Reviewing the organization's environmental goals;
- Analyzing its environmental impacts and compliance obligations (or legal and other requirements);
- Setting environmental objectives and targets to reduce environmental impacts and conform with compliance obligations;
- Establishing programs to meet these objectives and targets;
- Monitoring and measuring progress in achieving the objectives;
- Ensuring employees' environmental awareness and competence; and,
- Reviewing progress of the EMS and achieving improvements.
Your profile
- Fluent in English and French: German is a strong asset
- Excellent Microsoft office user
