AI Projects and Resources Coordinator / Business Relations Manager

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with business stakeholders, becoming their primary point of contact for AI-related initiatives.
- Deeply understand the business needs, pain points, and opportunities within different functional areas of the organization.
- Advocate for business requirements within the AI team, ensuring projects prioritize delivering measurable value.

Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with business leaders and the AI team to develop a comprehensive AI roadmap that supports the broader business strategy.
- Facilitate the development of business cases for AI projects, clearly outlining the potential return on investment and impact.
- Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and broader company goals, maximizing the value derived from AI investments.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical AI teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business units and the AI team, ensuring smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently.

Governance & Oversight:
- Participate in AI governance processes to ensure ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI solutions.
- Monitor the performance of AI models in production, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Advocate for continuous learning and improvement within the AI team, staying abreast of the latest AI trends and best practices.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business relationship management, project management, or a related field, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.

Technical Skills:
- A strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts.
- Familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
