Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Belgian and Dutch clients and partners, primarily brokers, asset managers, and banks.
- Serve as the primary contact for sales teams and partners on general topics..
- Handle inquiries and coordinate with departments such as Legal, Asset Controlling, Sales...
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and other international business standards.
- Ca 10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial/ insurance industry.
- Fluency in Dutch and French (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English is an additional asset.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to independently resolve issues with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a rigorous, structured, and reliable work methodology.
- Strong team spirit, availability, and flexibility.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
