About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a talented Consumer Shopper Understanding - Premium Chocolate Specialist to join our dynamic and international team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Premium Chocolate Global Brand Teams to develop innovative and successful product pipelines by leveraging consumer insights and market testing activities.

Reporting directly to the CSU Pralines All Year Round, Rocher Core, Tablets Manager, you will provide crucial consumer insights to the Marketing Department, supporting the business with valuable data and analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Consumer Shopper Understanding - Premium Chocolate Specialist, you will support the implementation of a series of multinational consumer research projects by defining the best methodological approach at a global level and designing tests to fully answer the brief and marketing needs. You will manage multiple projects, including qualitative and quantitative research studies and market tests, ensuring high quality and timely deliverables.
In this position, you will gather, analyze, and interpret findings to facilitate clear, insights-driven presentations. You will transform research findings into actionable recommendations for new product development and marketing strategies in our key markets. Additionally, you will prepare deliverables such as Power Point presentations, summaries, and extra analyses, and present insights, findings, and recommendations to marketing stakeholders and the category management team in a clear and compelling manner.
Moreover, you will monitor budget spending and handle administrative tasks related to purchase requests and purchase orders.
Your role extends to adopting a consultative approach with the global marketing teams, providing a critical point of view and recommendations to specific briefs and questions. Together with the team, you will integrate insights from existing research and extrapolate data from multiple sources, including researches, trends, white papers, social listening, and consumer panels, to create new compelling insights that nurture the strategy.
Furthermore, you will analyze and communicate key insights to all stakeholders, including PG, Areas, local BUs, and DPU. You will build and maintain relationships with external research and consultancy partners to enhance the depth and breadth of consumer understanding resources. Lastly, you will facilitate effective communication and coordination among different internal departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment of goals.

Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, Psychology, or a related field, coupled with 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Marketing, Digital, or Market Research within a multinational company, ideally in the FMCG industry, or in a research agency.
Your strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage project lifecycles while collaborating successfully with multiple stakeholders at every stage will be crucial.
Your proficiency in common market research techniques (both qualitative and quantitative) will be valuable, alongside a general understanding of recent and innovative research tools such as social listening, AI, and neuro. You will also have an excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and preferably familiarity with main Consumer Panel Databases.
You will demonstrate the ability to interpret research findings and transform them into actionable recommendations, with an eye on global marketing strategies and local needs. Your analytical skills will be key as well, as you integrate research findings with additional data sources.
Moreover, you will be result-oriented, precise, and proactive, able to prioritize, adapt, and work effectively in high-pressure situations with strict deadlines. Your strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills will prove essential, alongside your ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally within our international and diverse team setting.
A genuine interest in consumer and shopper insights activities within FMCG, as well as in marketing, innovation, and the digital field, will further enhance your impact in this position. Lastly, you thrive in high-pressure environments will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.
