SUMMARY:
This is a pivotal role in ensuring Sani Sure’s customers receive exceptional customer service experiences while also supporting the Company’s sales team by providing excellent communications with a customer-centric approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal resources from the beginning of the quoting process through successful delivery to the end customer. ESSENTIAL FUNCITONS:

• Order entry.
• Tracking of the order status and delivery date.
• Interface between Operations, Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
• Creation of Open Order Reports.
• Intercompany communication between the different factories in UK and USA.
• Pro-Active customer communication (internally and externally).
• Follow up of queries from customers relating to status of orders, availability of stock and related matters.
• Supporting Complains & Return / interface to Quality
• Create and maintain customer master data.
• Be a liaison between the sales force, engineering, purchasing, service, and inside applications for price quotes and commercial terms.
• Drawing coordination.
• Quotation preparation.
• Supporting RFI/RFQ activities.
• Supporting Tender Management.
• Correct implementation of prices in the ERP/CRM system.
• Demo and Sampling Process.
• Back-Office of Sales: Support of the Salesforce for all administrative sales tasks.
• Complete department projects.
• Follow up of queries from internal and external Customers relating to Lead to Order.

QUALIFICAIOTNS

• Good spoken and written (French) and English, German is mandatory.
• Open for Changes and self-motivation, initiative.
• Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work with minimum of supervision and show initiative.
• Willingness to take responsibility.
• Knowledge of standard Microsoft products are mandatory.
• Knowledge of CRM & ERP Systems, Syteline and Hub Spot as advantage.
• Aptitude for solving problems including simple software and hardware problems.
• Aptitude for working with technical data associated with product lines.
• Comfortable working in a small office environment.
• Dedicated to providing excellent client service.
• Able to run the office on their own for short periods of time in the absence of senior staff and able to demonstrate common sense.
• Openness to travel within the Sani Sure Group for trainings or meetings, if needed.
