CTG PSF is an IT services company dedicated to various clients, mainly in the financial sector.

We are currently recruiting a Cyber Resilience Consultant (M/F/X) for one of our clients.

As part of the IT Resilience team, you will be in charge of IT service continuity, a key component of incident prevention, forecasting and management. As a central player in the cybersecurity strategy, your mission is to ensure that services are back up and running within the agreed timeframe after major service disruptions.

Your missions

• You will contribute to building and maintaining Disaster Recovery solutions (Datacenter failovers, backup restoration, etc.), in compliance with the OTOBOS objective (on time, on budget, on scope)
• You will be the link between the Resilience team and the various application managers
• You will work closely with the SRE team
• You design and participate in the performance of resilience tests to respond to risk scenarios
• You will identify and participate in the implementation of solutions to reduce downtime, costs and the business impact of dreaded local and global events.

Your profile

• You have 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experienced in Agile / Scrum / Dev Ops projects
• Experience in Operational Resilience (BCM, BCP, DRP, etc.)
• Knowledge on Resilience Testing Strategy with Capacity impact Analysis
• Experience and thorough understanding of continuous delivery, deployment tools and pipelines
• Experience/knowledge with multiple testing techniques, especially in the fields of performance and resilience
• You are fluent in English. French is an asset
